TERMS OF SERVICE

Terms and Conditions

The terms governing use of the Get Right Peptides website, customer accounts, sample submissions, orders, testing services, and laboratory reports.

Effective date: September 1, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Get Right Peptides website, customer accounts, ordering system, sample-submission process, laboratory-testing services, reports, Certificates of Analysis, products, and related services.

In these Terms, “GRP,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Get Right Peptides. “Customer,” “purchaser,” “you,” and “your” refer to the person or organization accessing the website, purchasing a product, submitting a sample, or requesting services.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing the GRP website, creating an account, placing an order, purchasing a product, submitting a sample, or using GRP’s services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website, create an account, purchase a product, submit a sample, or order services.

If you act on behalf of a company or another organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to create an account, purchase a product, submit a sample, or order GRP services.

GRP may refuse, restrict, suspend, or terminate access to products or services when reasonably necessary to protect GRP, its personnel, customers, systems, legal obligations, or laboratory operations.

3. Research Use Only

All products offered, sold, or distributed by Get Right Peptides are intended strictly for laboratory research, analytical, and scientific research purposes only.

GRP products are not drugs, medications, dietary supplements, cosmetics, foods, or consumer products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease, illness, medical condition, or health condition.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, GRP products have not been approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) for human or veterinary use.

Information provided on this website is for general educational and research-related informational purposes only. It should not be interpreted as medical advice, prescribing information, dosing guidance, treatment recommendations, or instructions for human use.

By purchasing products from GRP, the purchaser represents and warrants that:

  • The products are being purchased solely for lawful research or analytical purposes
  • The purchaser has sufficient knowledge, facilities, equipment, and training to safely handle the products being purchased
  • The purchaser will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and requirements relating to the purchase, possession, handling, storage, transportation, disposal, and use of the products
  • The purchaser accepts full responsibility for determining whether possession and use of a particular product are lawful in the purchaser’s jurisdiction

GRP reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if GRP believes that a product is being purchased or may be used for a purpose inconsistent with these Research Use Only restrictions.

Purchase of a GRP product does not constitute authorization or approval for human, animal, clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic use.

GRP provides independent analytical laboratory-testing services for research-use materials, including peptide-related samples.

A test result or Certificate of Analysis describes only the sample tested under the conditions and methods identified in the report. It does not establish the safety, legality, regulatory approval, effectiveness, or suitability of a product for any particular purpose.

4. Customer Accounts

Certain website features require a customer account.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current account information and to update that information when necessary.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password
  • Using a strong and unique password
  • Restricting access to your account
  • All activity conducted through your account
  • Promptly notifying GRP of suspected unauthorized access

You may not access, attempt to access, or interfere with another customer’s account, reports, orders, or information.

5. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by GRP. Displaying a product, testing service, or price on the website does not guarantee that the product or service is available or appropriate for a particular sample or intended research application.

You agree to pay all charges associated with an accepted order, including applicable product costs, testing fees, shipping charges, taxes, expedited-service fees, and authorized third-party costs.

GRP may correct pricing, description, or administrative errors. If a correction materially affects an order, GRP will make a reasonable effort to notify the customer before proceeding.

Payments may be processed by an authorized third-party payment provider and may be subject to that provider’s terms and privacy practices.

6. No Refunds and Replacement Testing

Orders placed with GRP are not refundable.

Once a sample has been submitted to GRP, the order is not eligible for a refund. GRP does not provide monetary refunds or account credits for submitted samples, laboratory-testing services, or completed work.

If a submitted sample is unusable, unsuitable, or insufficient for the requested testing, GRP will contact the sender and arrange for a new sample to be submitted when appropriate.

When GRP determines that a remedy is warranted, GRP offers replacement testing only. Replacement testing is the customer’s sole remedy unless GRP expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

Shipping expenses and other costs associated with submitting a new or replacement sample remain the customer’s responsibility unless GRP expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

7. Sample-Submission Requirements

You are responsible for following GRP’s current sample-submission, documentation, packaging, and shipping instructions.

Every sample must be accurately identified and accompanied by the information and documentation reasonably required to receive, document, handle, and test it.

Any sample received without a required log sheet will be held until GRP contacts the sender and receives further instructions.

Delays caused by missing, incomplete, inaccurate, or unreadable documentation may affect the estimated completion date.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own the sample or have lawful authority to possess and submit it
  • The sample and its shipment comply with applicable laws and carrier requirements
  • The information supplied to GRP is accurate and not misleading
  • You have disclosed all known handling hazards and special requirements
  • The sample is packaged, sealed, and labeled appropriately
  • The required sample log sheet and supporting information are included
  • Submission of the sample does not violate another person’s rights

GRP may refuse, quarantine, hold, return, transfer, or dispose of a sample that is unsafe, prohibited, leaking, contaminated, improperly packaged, incorrectly identified, legally restricted, or unsuitable for the requested service.

8. Prohibited Samples

Do not submit hazardous, infectious, radioactive, explosive, controlled, illegal, or regulated materials unless GRP has expressly agreed in writing to receive them and all applicable legal, safety, packaging, labeling, documentation, and shipping requirements have been satisfied.

Do not submit human biological specimens, clinical specimens, personally identifiable medical information, protected health information, or other sensitive medical materials unless GRP has expressly authorized the submission in writing.

The customer is responsible for costs, damages, delays, safety risks, or regulatory consequences resulting from an undisclosed prohibited, hazardous, or regulated sample.

9. Sample Condition, Quantity, and Suitability

Testing depends upon GRP receiving a sufficient and suitable sample.

GRP does not guarantee that testing can be completed when a sample is insufficient, damaged, degraded, contaminated, mislabeled, improperly packaged, incompatible with the requested method, or otherwise unsuitable.

GRP may request additional material, arrange for a replacement sample, recommend a different method, modify the expected completion time, or decline testing.

10. Sample Handling and Disposal

Laboratory preparation and testing may consume, divide, dilute, alter, contaminate, damage, or destroy all or part of a submitted sample.

GRP does not guarantee the return of submitted samples, containers, packaging, extracts, or remaining material.

Unused sample material and material remaining after testing will be disposed of in accordance with GRP’s laboratory procedures, safety practices, and applicable law.

Customers should not submit irreplaceable material or more sample material than necessary unless GRP has provided different written instructions.

11. Testing Methods and Limitations

GRP may use analytical methods, instruments, standards, calculations, subcontractors, or qualified service providers that it considers appropriate for the requested testing.

All analytical testing is subject to limitations, including:

  • Sampling variation
  • Method sensitivity and specificity
  • Detection and quantitation limits
  • Measurement uncertainty
  • Sample degradation or contamination
  • Matrix interference
  • Instrument and reference-standard limitations
  • Differences between laboratories and testing methods

Results apply only to the sample actually received and tested. GRP does not guarantee that a submitted sample represents an entire batch, lot, shipment, product line, or supplier inventory.

12. Turnaround Times

Any stated turnaround or completion time is an estimate unless GRP expressly guarantees a deadline in writing.

Completion may be delayed by sample condition, insufficient sample quantity, missing documentation, requested methods, instrument availability, quality-control review, additional testing, replacement samples, shipping delays, third-party services, events outside GRP’s control, or other laboratory requirements.

13. Reports and Certificates of Analysis

GRP may provide results through a customer account, customer portal, downloadable report, Certificate of Analysis, email, or another authorized delivery method.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and reviewing reports promptly. Questions or suspected reporting errors should be reported to GRP as soon as reasonably possible.

A report or Certificate of Analysis may not be altered, selectively edited, misrepresented, or used in a way that creates a false or misleading impression about GRP, the testing performed, or the sample tested.

GRP may issue a corrected, amended, or replacement report when appropriate. An updated report supersedes the earlier version identified in the correction.

Customers must use their authorized accounts to access private reports, Certificates of Analysis, sample information, and order history. Attempting to bypass access controls, access another customer’s information, enumerate private records, or scrape protected report data is prohibited.

14. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use

The GRP website and its original text, graphics, branding, layouts, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to GRP and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

GRP grants customers a limited right to use legitimately issued reports and Certificates of Analysis for their internal business, research, quality-control, and lawful informational purposes.

You may not:

  • Alter a report in a false or misleading manner
  • Remove report identifiers, qualifications, limitations, or disclosures
  • Represent that GRP endorses a product, supplier, claim, or intended use unless GRP has expressly agreed in writing
  • Use GRP’s name, trademarks, reports, or branding deceptively
  • Reproduce or exploit website content for an unauthorized commercial purpose

15. Acceptable Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, reports, servers, or systems
  • Introduce malware or other harmful code
  • Interfere with website security or operation
  • Scrape, harvest, or extract protected information
  • Impersonate another person or organization
  • Submit false, incomplete, or misleading information
  • Use GRP products or services for a purpose prohibited by these Terms

16. Third-Party Services and Links

The GRP website may use or link to services operated by third parties, including payment, email, hosting, shipping, analytics, and communication providers.

GRP does not control and is not responsible for the availability, security, terms, content, or privacy practices of independent third parties.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

GRP makes no representation or warranty that any product or testing service is suitable for a purchaser’s particular research application.

Except for any express written warranty specifically provided by GRP, products, services, reports, website content, and other materials are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

GRP does not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free, that every sample can be tested, that estimated turnaround times will always be met, or that results will satisfy a customer’s expectations or match another laboratory’s findings.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

18. Limitation of Liability and Assumption of Risk

By accessing this website or purchasing, possessing, handling, submitting, or using any GRP product or sample, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees that research chemicals and laboratory samples may require specialized handling, storage, equipment, procedures, and technical knowledge.

The purchaser assumes all responsibility and risk associated with the possession, handling, storage, transportation, submission, disposal, and lawful research use of GRP products and submitted samples.

GRP shall not be responsible or liable for any injury, illness, death, loss, property damage, regulatory action, legal consequence, or other damage arising from or related to:

  • Human or animal consumption or administration of a product
  • Injection, ingestion, inhalation, implantation, or other unauthorized use
  • Improper handling, storage, preparation, transportation, submission, or disposal
  • Use contrary to GRP’s Research Use Only restrictions
  • Use by an unqualified or unauthorized person
  • Combination of a GRP product with any other substance or material
  • Failure to comply with applicable laws or regulations
  • Any use of a product outside its intended lawful research purpose
  • Decisions, representations, claims, or actions based upon a laboratory report or Certificate of Analysis

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GRP AND ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, AND REPRESENTATIVES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE WEBSITE, GRP PRODUCTS, GRP SERVICES, LABORATORY REPORTS, OR THESE TERMS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRP’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO A PRODUCT, TRANSACTION, TESTING SERVICE, SAMPLE, REPORT, OR USE OF THIS WEBSITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID TO GRP FOR THE PRODUCT OR ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

19. Customer Responsibility and Indemnification

You are responsible for your products, samples, instructions, representations, regulatory obligations, product claims, and use of GRP’s testing results.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GRP and its owners, members, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, and representatives from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your unlawful or unauthorized purchase or use of a GRP product
  • Your unlawful or unauthorized sample submission
  • Undisclosed hazardous, prohibited, or regulated materials
  • Your alteration or misrepresentation of a report or Certificate of Analysis
  • Your product claims or use of testing results
  • Your violation of these Terms or applicable law

20. Suspension or Termination

GRP may suspend or terminate an account, refuse or cancel an order, reject a sample, or discontinue service when reasonably necessary because of nonpayment, suspected fraud, unlawful conduct, prohibited use, misuse, safety concerns, security risks, repeated violations, or a breach of these Terms.

Provisions that logically should continue after suspension or termination—including payment obligations, Research Use Only restrictions, intellectual-property provisions, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnification obligations, and dispute provisions—will remain effective.

21. Governing Law and Broward County Jurisdiction

These Terms, any purchase from GRP, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to GRP, its website, its products, its testing services, its reports, or the relationship between GRP and the purchaser shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

To the extent a dispute is permitted to proceed in court, the parties agree that exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall lie in the appropriate state court located in Broward County, Florida, or, where federal subject-matter jurisdiction exists, the appropriate United States District Court having jurisdiction over Broward County, Florida.

By accessing the website, purchasing from GRP, submitting a sample, or requesting services, the purchaser knowingly and voluntarily consents to personal jurisdiction in such courts and waives any objection based upon improper venue or inconvenient forum, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

22. Changes to These Terms

GRP may revise these Terms periodically to reflect changes in its products, services, website, laboratory practices, technology, or legal obligations.

The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website, products, or services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
